Perched atop a rocky bluff surrounded by four acres of coral coastline and an incredibly lush landscape, this 7,500 square-foot peninsular villa offers three white sand swimming coves, a heated freshwater pool and panoramic ocean views. Accessed by a winding limestone pathway cut through a private garden of palms, bougainvillea, bamboo, oleander, kamalame trees, star lilies and birds of paradise, Cocoanut Villa is a truly exclusive luxury retreat for up to eight guests, who can still easily enjoy complete access the resorts beach, spa, dining and other amenities and services. Interiors are a breezy fusion of bamboo and rattan, double height ceilings, Indonesian armchairs, seashells and piles of coffee table books. Lined in (usually open) French doors, the villas whitewashed 2,000-square-foot Great Room is a sun-splashed seaside haven. A separate wing linked by charming indoor/outdoor stone walkways houses four tastefully appointed bedrooms, each with en suite bath, veranda and views over the Caribbean. Accented with fine wines and spirits, dining at Cocoanut Villa is designed to order with local fish and seafood (or quality imported meats and/or fowl if preferred) alongside fresh tropical fruit and produce. Guests may order from the daily resort menus or craft their own culinary experience with the villa's private chef. Outfitted with an al fresco stone grill, fully stocked pantry, and kitchen which opens onto the Great Room, those who enjoy cooking are also welcome to design and prepare their own meals with fresh, local pre-ordered ingredients and as much assistance and serving staff as they wish.
